“Okay I stayed here for 2 nights this past week even after reading the reviews of some other guests. I am also an hilton honors member. It was a perfect spot to stay for the visit in the Great Smokey Mountains. The room was definitely clean as I smelled bleach when I walked in. I do have a sensitivity to smells and it was a bit harsh for me. I was able to diffuse with essential oils to get the smell out. I would rather take that smell knowing it is clean then a not clean smell. It was a quiet area to sleep. Room temp was fine. Breakfast was more than enough to choose from. I will definitely come back here to stay again, while visiting the Pigeon Forge area.”
“Great Property at one of the beat location. The hotel is located 1mile away from Island of Pigeon Forge. Also, multiple food outlets and activities are in less than 5Miles radius. There was plenty of Parking outside. They have 2 pools. One indoor and one outdoor. There was cabana and sitting area outside the hotel. The staff was helpful and polite. Check in was smooth and fast. Room had no issues after check in. They have fridge, kitchen aids, dishwasher etc in the hotel. A smart TV was installed in the room. The hot breakfast was great. They had multiple choices including Omlet, bacon, bagel, bread, juices, coffee, waffle, cereals, fruits etc. Overall a great place to stay if you are in smokies. Also, if you require temporary Cooktop, you can ask at front desk.”
“Great place to stop and rest for a night or a few nights (we only stayed one night). Breakfast wasn’t bad, as expected from a hotel breakfast…waffles always a hit with family lol. But staff was great and friendly!”
“Loved this hotel!! Our room had an amazing view with a big beautiful window. The room was clean and the hotel seemed well maintained overall. Breakfast was pretty good thought some items a little overcooked and dry but the staff were nice. Front desk staff weren’t overly friendly but weren’t rude either. Just not super welcoming for a hotel in such a big tourist area. The pillows were also a bit disappointing. Usually I love hotel pillows but these were so flat I had to use three to equal one and still was pretty uncomfortable. I still really loved this hotel and would love to stay here again! Location is so perfect if you’re looking to explore all pigeon forge has to offer”
